What Dynasty Started the Great Wall of China?

The Great Wall of China is one of the most iconic structures in the world. It is also one of the most mysterious, with its true origins lost to time.

However, we do know that the Great Wall was started during the Warring States period, which lasted from 475221 BC. The Great Wall was not built in a single day, or even a single year.

It was a massive project that was undertaken by many different dynasties over the centuries. The first section of the wall was built by the Qin dynasty, which unified China in 221 BC.

The Qin dynasty added to the wall and extended it further to the north. The Han dynasty, which ruled China from 206 BC220 AD, also made significant additions to the Great Wall.

The Han dynasty was responsible for building the majority of the wall that we see today. The Great Wall was not just a physical barrier to keep out invaders. It was also a symbol of the power and might of the Chinese Empire.

It was a way to show the world that China was a force to be reckoned with. The Great Wall has been rebuilt many times over the centuries. It has been damaged and destroyed, but it always seems to find a way to stand back
